Multiple chefs will band together March 4 for Sushi in the City, a fund-raiser for Project Women, which provides housing and educational support to homeless, single mothers.
The sushi-centered, but not sushi-only, event will be held 5:30 to 9 p.m. at The Henry Clay, located at the corner of Third and Chestnut.
Chefs from Café Mimosa, Sapporo, Maido, Raw, Asiatique, Bendoya, Shogun and Sakura Blue will prepare sushi, while chefs from Nio’s will serve tapas. Maker’s Mark and Bluegrass Brewing Co. will provide beverage.
Tickets are $50 for members of young professionals organizations and $60 for others. A silent auction also will be held.
