Return of Ribs – The Tony Roma’s over on Hurstbourne Lane, just north of Shelbyville Road, reopened last week after being closed for nearly two months. The Dallas-based chain’s doors were closed from March 31- May 28, as the restaurant underwent extensive renovations, including a new granite bar, new tables and booths, and brand new stoving. We hear the joint has been jumping since it re-opened last week. It’s part of a 200-restaurant chain, but we won’t hold that against the local restaurant. If they haven’t changed the food, it’s worth a trip.
