Stratto’s cum Bristol, BLU gets new chef

The ever-observant foodies over at Louisville Hot Bytes passed along these tidbits in the site’s forum.
Stratto’s in Clarkesville closed on Easter Sunday, but will live on, sort-of, as a catering site for the Bristol Bar and Grille set to open in the same town later this year.
