Chef-bartender raises funds for Slow Foods at Proof

Brown-Forman Chef Mark Williams, who heads the spirits producer’s Bourbon Street Café, will serve as celebrity bartender at Proof on Main next month during a fund-raiser for Slow Foods Bluegrass.
