‘Gourmet’ blogger: Ville eats lack respect

Travel and food writer, John Edge, recently blogged at Gourmet.com about the lack of respect given the Louisville dining scene. His take was interesting, and I was glad he stuck up for the Ville, which, as he said, lacks respect. Still, his argument isn’t exactly inspiring.
